Recipe: IMUNI Smoothie

Time: 2-3 minutes


 1 banana
 1/2 cup frozen berries (we have used blueberries)
 1 tsp chia seeds
 1 tbsp peanut butter (or any nut butter of your choice)
 1/2 cup rolled oats
 1 scoop of protein powder (*I use a collagen but you can whatever your dietary preferences allow)
 2 capsules of our IMUNI Immune Defence
 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk


  1. Using a blender or stick mixer, combine banana, berries, oats, chia seeds, nut butter, protein/collagen powder and almond milk into the blender.
  2. Grab two capsules of your IMUNI Immune Defence and carefully open and discard content into the smoothie.
  3. Blend until ingredients are combined and a smoothie liquid consistency is left
  4. Enjoy the added benefits of Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Zinc, and Quercetin alongside other macro and micronutrients.
