⊕ 1 banana
⊕ 1/2 cup frozen berries (we have used blueberries)
⊕ 1 tsp chia seeds
⊕ 1 tbsp peanut butter (or any nut butter of your choice)
⊕ 1/2 cup rolled oats
⊕ 1 scoop of protein powder (*I use a collagen but you can whatever your dietary preferences allow)
⊕ 2 capsules of our IMUNI Immune Defence
⊕ 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Using a blender or stick mixer, combine banana, berries, oats, chia seeds, nut butter, protein/collagen powder and almond milk into the blender.
- Grab two capsules of your IMUNI Immune Defence and carefully open and discard content into the smoothie.
- Blend until ingredients are combined and a smoothie liquid consistency is left
- Enjoy the added benefits of Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Zinc, and Quercetin alongside other macro and micronutrients.
