What is policy on recycling and sustainability?

All of our products are contained in glass bottles and jars. In our journey for sustainability we've found it is beneficial to store our health supplements in glass rather than plastic. Glass is a material that will protect your product from moisture and can be recycled forever with no loss in quality or purity.

Our product packaging is recyclable and for our printed postcards we choose ecoStar. ecoStar is an environmentally responsible paper made Carbon Neutral and the fibre source is FSC (CoC) Recycled certified. ecoStar is manufactured from 100% post consumer recycled paper in a process chlorine free environment under the ISO 14001 environmental management system.

The included measuring scoop found in our IMUNI Magnesium is made from fully recyclable, pharmaceutical-grade material.

Login to customer account

Note. After placing your first subscription order, an email to activate your account will be sent to you. Until your account is activated, you won't be able to edit or update your subscription. If you did not receive your account activation email, please contact our team.

You can access your customer portal through your store account login. If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout.

Once your account is registered, you can log in and access your customer portal;

1. Click Login on the main menu

2. Enter your email address and password on the Customer Login page and select the Login button

3. On the My Account page, scroll down to the Account Details section and select the Manage Subscriptions link.

You can also access your account using a direct link to the customer portal. This link is normally sent in the Subscription Confirmation email when you begin a subscription and the Upcoming Order email

Update / Change email address

Please email support@imunihealth.com confirming your current email address and the new email address you would like your account changed to.

Update your billing and payment information

To update payment information:

Login to the customer portal.

Click the Payment Methods tab.

Expand the payment method to be adjusted.

Click edit.

Click Update on the slider.

If you used PayPal as your payment gateway, you can edit the payment method in your PayPal settings. Otherwise, you need to cancel the subscription and start a new subscription via checkout.

Update shipping address

Update shipping address for a specific subscription

You can update the shipping address for a specific subscription:

1. Login to your customer portal.

2. Click on Subscription

3. Click Manage Subscription on the subscription you want to update

4. Scroll down to Shipping Address.

5. Click the arrow to expand

6. Select one of the other shipping addresses.

Note: This only affects the shipping/delivery address, this does not update billing information related to the method of payment.

Update an existing shipping address

You can update existing shipping addresses from the Shipping tab:

1. Login to your customer portal.

2. Click on Shipping. This will display all shipping addresses on your customer account.

Click the link on a specific address will allow you to update it as needed or click on the Add New Shipping Info button to add an address.

Skip a delivery

Log in to your customer portal to skip a delivery.

1. Click the Delivery Schedule tab to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions.

2. Click Skip next to the delivery you would like to skip. If you want to unskip a delivery, click Unskip next to the order.

Change your next order date

Login to your customer portal to adjust the order date:

1. Click Subscriptions and then click on Manage Subscription.

2. You will be taken to a page where you can edit the next order date for your subscription.

3. Click the arrow to expand

4. Once you select the new charge date you can click on the Update next shipment date.

Change Delivery Schedule

Login to your customer portal to adjust the order date:

1. Click Subscriptions and then click on Manage Subscription.

2. You will be taken to a page where you can edit the delivery schedule for your subscription.

3. Click the arrow to expand

4. Once you select the new delivery schedule you can click on Update.

Change Quantity and Swap Products

Login to your customer portal to adjust the quantity or swap products:

1. Click Subscriptions and then click on Manage Subscription.

2. You will be taken to a page where you can edit the Product for your subscription.

3. Click the arrow to expand

4. Once you select the new quantity or swapped product you can click on Update.

Add a one-time product to a subscription

One-time products can be added to your subscription order. Login to your customer portal to add products:

1. Click the Subscriptions tab and select Manage Subscription next to the subscription you want to add a product to.

2. Hover over the product you want to add and select Add one-time. This automatically adds the product to your shipment.

You can also add one-time products using the Add a Product button on the Subscriptions tab.

To manage or delete a one-time product:

1. Click the Delivery schedule tab.

2. Select Manage add-on.

Add a discount

To add a discount code to your subscription:

1. Login to your customer portal.

2. Click Edit on the Subscription you’d like to discount.

3. Click Add discount.

4. Enter the code and select Add discount.

Cancel a subscription

In order to cancel your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account.

1. Login to your customer portal.

2. Click Subscriptions and Edit.

3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the Cancel Subscription. If required provide a cancellation reason and confirm the cancellation by clicking Proceed.

Are IMUNI products Australian Made and Owned?

IMUNI is proudly Australian made and owned and our head office is located in Brisbane, QLD.

Like many proudly Australian Made and Owned products, we manufacture in Australia from both locally and internationally sourced raw materials to ensure we can source the best ingredients possible and add value to evidence-based nutraceutical products available in Australia. We manufacture in TGA-approved Australian facilities to Australian standards and all of our products are thoroughly tested for purity and quality.

Can I take all of the IMUNI products together?

Yes! IMUNI products can be taken together, but it is important not to exceed the maximum recommended doses of some ingredients. When it comes to supplements, you should always read the warnings on the label prior to use. 40mg of elemental zinc is equivalent to the upper level of intake (UL) as defined by the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC). Higher amounts  taken for long periods can increase the risk of experiencing adverse effects such as nausea and may contribute to copper and iron deficiencies. Some Australian supplements may contain zinc in doses of up to 50mg elemental zinc as this is highest dose of zinc permissible for sale in Australian supplements. Additionally, 1000IU of vitamin D is the highest amount of vitamin D permitted to be advertised for general use under Australian regulations. Some individuals may require higher doses of vitamin D in certain circumstances and should only do so under medical supervision. If you are planning on taking multiple products including vitamin D or zinc, such as IMUNI Vegan Complete, IMUNI Vital D3 or IMUNI Immune Defence, we recommend consulting your GP or health practitioner first to see if this is right for you.

Can children take your products?

The ingredients and/or doses contained in our products may not be safe for use in children under the age of 12. If you intend to use this product for children, it is important to consult your doctor or appropriately qualified health professional prior to doing so.

Can I take your products if I am Pregnant / Breastfeeding?

Ingredients and/or doses contained in our products may not be safe for use in pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding and interested in using our products, we recommend that you consult your doctor, midwife, obstetrician or appropriate qualified health professional prior to doing so. 

Can I use your products if I’m taking other medications?

Are your products safe?

Safety is our number one concern. Our products are formulated with optimal doses while cross-referencing established safety data for all ingredients. It is important to be aware that side effects are always possible, because each individual reacts differently to ingested supplements. Does Vegan mean synthetic? Because organic means natural

No, vegan simply means the product is free from any products sourced from animals.

Are your products HASTA Certified & Batch Tested?

Human and Supplement Testing Australia (HASTA) is Australia's first commercial product testing organisation for WADA banned substances, and operates Australia’s only Certification scheme for Sport Supplements.

Certifying a product involves not just testing, but verification of the manufacturing quality controls that are in place. If a product has the "HASTA Certified" seal on pack, it means that every batch has been tested for over 250 WADA prohibited substances.

No product testing can ever guarantee that a batch is completely free from contamination, as prohibited substances can be present at very low levels, and not distributed evenly through a batch, however, purchasing a HASTA certified product significantly reduces the risk.

IMUNI Immune Defence

IMUNI Immune Defence: Ingredients + Doses

The recommended daily dose of IMUNI Immune Defence (two capsules) contains:

๏  1000IU Vitamin D3
๏  40mg Zinc
๏  500mg Quercetin
๏  500mg Vitamin C

1000IU of vitamin D is the highest amount of vitamin D permitted for use in health supplements under Australian regulations. Your health professional might recommend higher doses in certain circumstances.

If you intend to take more than 2 capsules per day, we recommend discussing this with your healthcare professional first.

IMUNI Immune Defence: How long should it take me to see results?

It may take several weeks for some people to replenish healthy levels of vitamin D and zinc, especially if levels are low to begin with. This is why we recommend taking IMUNI Immune Defence on a regular daily basis to replenish vital nutrients for optimal immune system health.

IMUNI Immune Defence: Is the Vitamin D3 real or synthetic?

IMUNI Immune Defence contains a plant source vitamin D3 called Vitashine. Vitashine™ is the world's only Vegan Society & Vegetarian Society registered 100% plant-source Vitamin D3 ingredient. Learn more about our vegan vitamin D3 ingredient here.

Why do I need to take IMUNI Immune Defence twice a day?

The half-life of Quercetin in the body has been reported as highly variable, ranging anywhere from 11 to 28 hours. This means that after a single dose, it could take as little as 11 hours to eliminate half this dose from the body. To ensure that you have sufficient amounts of Quercetin in your body around the clock, we recommend you take one capsule of IMUNI Immune Defence with breakfast and one capsule with dinner.

How much Quercetin should I take? Should I take it with food?

Taking into account safety considerations and scientific literature reporting a therapeutic daily dose of 500mg, this is the recommended daily dose of Quercetin in IMUNI Immune Defence which we recommend to be taken in separate doses of 250mg twice a day – that is, one capsule of IMUNI Immune Defence with breakfast and one capsule with dinner. Bioavailability of Quercetin may be enhanced when taken with vitamin C and absorption may be improved by taking Quercetin with food given that Quercetin is soluble in fat.

IMUNI Vital D3

Why is IMUNI Vital D3 half full?

IMUNI Vital D3 contains 8ml (266 drops) inside a 15ml size glass dropper bottle which appears as half full. This is the correct amount as described on the label.

As there is so much info we need to fit on the label, we couldn't use a smaller size bottle. As our team nutritionist Rach says, "It’s a small but mighty formula".

Is IMUNI Vital D3 vegan?

Yes, IMUNI Vital D3 contains the trademark ingredient, Vitamin D3V® which is 100% plant-source Vitamin D3.

D3V™ is a high quality 100% vegan-friendly, plant-sourced form of Vitamin D3 that is biologically identical to colecalciferol (vitamin D3) obtained from other sources. However, unlike most forms of vitamin D3 commonly obtained from Lanolin (which is sourced from sheep's wool), D3V™ is sourced from an eco-sustainable, non-GMO form of algae and is therefore not reliant on animal farming.

All ingredients are vegetarian and vegan friendly. This product does not contain animal products, dairy, lactose, gluten, nuts or genetically modified ingredients (GMO-free).

Is there K2 in IMUNI Vital D3?

The IMUNI team has been reviewing evidence for vitamin D and K2 very closely.

At this point in time evidence suggests the following:

- K2 might help combat high calcium levels when taken with high doses of vitamin D - K2 does not assist to boost blood levels of vitamin D

- K2 might help activate osteocalcin which may assist calcium uptake into bones

- K2 assists to activate blood clotting, not to prevent it or to thin the blood

- K2 has no proven benefit for immune health at this point in time

The primary reason for promoting use of K2 is due to preliminary research suggesting it may help combat the effects of high calcium and reduce risk of blood vessel calcification, which is a theoretical risk when taking very high amounts of vitamin D. Currently there is no strong evidence that ‘moderate’ amounts of vitamin D is harmful without an adequate intake of K2 or ‘vitamin K’. There is also no evidence to suggest that the dose of vitamin D contained in IMUNI Immune Defence is harmful in the absence of K2. This is because vitamin D at 1000IU per day is not associated with excessively high vitamin D levels, high blood calcium or atherosclerosis.

How do I use IMUNI Vital D3?

The IMUNI Vital D3 is contained a German engineered vertical dropper bottle that provides 1000 IU of vitamin d3 per drop. Invert the bottle 180 degrees to dispense individual drops. One precise drop will come out after a couple of seconds and then quickly rotate to the upright position.

Do I Need To Be Vegan To Take This Product? / Why Should I Choose IMUNI Vegan Complete Over Another Multivitamin?

No! Anyone can consume IMUNI Vegan Complete. Just Wondering About The Iron And Zinc And Their Absorption As They Compete. Is This Dose Dependent And Not An Issue At These Levels?

Thank you for your inquiry regarding our new IMUNI Vegan Complete product. In regards to your question about the Iron and Zinc, absorption is dose-dependent, meaning that higher doses are likely to result in competitive inhibition for absorption, but lower and moderate doses are less likely to result in competitive absorption. The vitamin C is intended to improve the absorption of iron. People taking high dose iron supplements should take these supplements at a different time of the day to avoid any issues relating to competitive absorption.

Does This Product Have A Flavour?

We have created all of our products to be flavourless, however IMUNI Sleep + Mind Balance does have a calming lavender scent so you may receive a slight lavender taste if you were to open the components of the capsule into something else. So we do recommend swallowing this capsule whole.

Will This Help Me Sleep?

The trademarked ingredient that we have in this product, Safr’Inside™ (Crocus sativus (Saffron)) has been studied extensively for sleep and has been shown to improve sleep quality, sleep latency and sleep duration. Can I Take This Product Whilst On Other Medication?

We do recommend you speak to your GP if you are currently taking medication/s for diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid disorders, or sedative medications or if you have previously experienced anaphylaxis to any medication or supplement.

Do These Probiotics Need To Be Kept In The Fridge?

Before this product is opened you can keep it outside of the fridge, away from direct sunlight and heat, stored below 25°C. IMUNI Probiotics are shelf-stable, however we recommend refrigerating after opening.
