How do I use your products?

Each bottle of IMUNI provides you with simple, clear instructions on how to take your supplements. For detailed information on our products, you can also download a fact sheet from our products page.

How long should it take me to see results?

It may take several weeks for some people to replenish healthy levels of vitamin D and zinc, especially if levels are low to begin with. This is why we recommend taking IMUNI Immune Defence on a regular daily basis to replenish vital nutrients for optimal immune system health.

Is my bottle of IMUNI vegan?

Yes, our products are plant based and suitable for vegans. Our vegan based capsules are unique from other brands, which often contain non-vegan ingredients.

What kind of research went into my bottle of IMUNI?

The short answer? A lot. Our products were created by doctors, scientists and medical researchers who have conducted extensive research of up to date evidence to develop each and every product. Meticulous work went into ensuring that every single dose contains the most effective blend of nutraceuticals to maximise beneficial effects.

Is IMUNI TGA listed?

Yes, IMUNI meets all TGA regulations and quality standards required for dietary supplements. Our products go through extensive quality control protocols in our manufacturing facilities as well as quality analysis during production. All IMUNI products are manufactured in TGA registered facilities.

Are these products Australian made?

Yes, our products are Australian owned and manufactured, using some of the highest quality imported ingredients available including Vitashine™ vitamin D, and QU995™ high purity Quercetin. We manufacture in TGA-approved Australian facilities to Australian standards and all of our products are therefore thoroughly tested for purity and quality.

Can I use your products if I’m taking other medications?

The answer is yes, but check with your doctor about any potential interactions. You can also have a read of the Fact Sheet on our products page to learn more about side effects and drug interactions.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express or direct payments through PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Afterpay, Zip and Klarna.

Discount codes apply to 'One-time purchase' only.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We typically ship orders within 1-2 business days after they are placed. When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the link to activate.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes, we sell directly to our customers through our website and we also sell through select pharmacies, health food and independent grocery stores, sports nutrition and fitness stores and health practitioners which we screen on a case by case basis. We want to make sure that IMUNI is a good fit for the companies we work with and that our products are represented well.
